Devon Railway Centre

The Devon Railway Centre is in the village of Bickleigh in Mid Devon, England.  Located at the former Bickleigh railway station and prides itself on offering a warm welcome and great value for money.  It boasts a range of indoor and outdoor railway themed attractions, which provide entertainment in all weathers.  The Centre operates a 2ft (610mm) gauge passenger railway and has the largest narrow gauge collection in the South West. There is also a miniature railway at the site and a model railway at the Centre, where some of the Nation's most famous working layouts can be seen.

The original Victorian station has been carefully restored.  It’s a great day out for children as they can clip the tickets and wave the flag to start the train. The model railway exhibition and Edwardian model village incorporate push buttons and I-Spys to add to the fun!  Enjoy freshly prepared food at the renowned Buffers tea room or simply relax with a hot drink alongside the outdoor play area and crazy golf.
