Lost Property

We’ve all done it, or at least nearly done it! That moment when we’re so focused on getting our cabin bag down while trying to put our coats on that we inadvertently leave our phone, hat, iPad or laptop on the plane.

In fact, there are millions of bags and other items left on planes and in airports every year, and although over 99% of all bags lost find their way back to their owners, many of the other items remain unclaimed.

In this film, we talk to Rachel Newton who is a Customer Service Agent at Norwich International Airport and deals with lost property on a daily basis. Rachel explains how lost property is dealt with and offers some sound advice on what to do if you lose anything during your travels.
